I love how owls always have a sleepy-eyed perturbed expression. Doesn’t matter if they were just rescued (in this case), well-fed, or had successfully raised hatchlings, they always look irked and impatient to move forward.

Then again, if I possessed fluffy stealth feathers and fearsome talons that proved my dominance in the natural world, I might have that perma-look, too.
